Originally a graduate in French and German, I have worked in IT training, documentation, testing, support, installation and troubleshooting of systems in the publishing, newspaper and other industries over the past 20 years. In addition, I have a formal qualification in teaching which has been invaluable in thinking through learning materials and methodologies.
