As a global company we needed to roll out a multi-cultural project, at short notice, to our Operations team in 19 offices worldwide (non-US locations) who work 24/7 to support our agent base.

Via Headline Training, in the UK , we were able to souce the services of Lesley Treugut of Treugut Tuning & Learning. 
Lesley’s brief was to deliver re-inforcement training for a software application which had been developed to re-engineer a lengthy internal business process. In order to do this she had to learn the application in very concentrated timescales, liaise with key internal users, understand the context of the process, develop a generic training pack and deliver and adapt it to various internal business groups and working cultures, so that they could understand and adopt the new process and tool to their way of working with minimum frustration.

 Lesley impressed us all with her ability to comprehend the application in a very short space of time, filling in the gaps with her own ‘homework’. She produced a draft script of the pack for us to edit and approve. After which, she delivered ten training modules around the globe via a webex channel at short notice and at early and late times in her working day.

Lesley proved to be extremely proactive, competent, flexible and adaptable with great delivery and presentation skills. She is good natured and cheerful to boot and makes for a reliable business partner whom we heartily recommend and will be using again in the future.
